Each session is designed to take approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. That includes the full 4-zone circuit: RESET, RECHARGE, RESTORE, and REFRESH.

The HEBĒ Score is a built-in tracking system designed to measure your consistency. It gives members a visible way to track sessions, build streaks, and stay engaged with their progress over time.

The body scan gives members a visual and data-based baseline so progress can be tracked over time. It is designed to help you see where you started, compare future scans, and make your consistency measurable.

Yes. Depending on your membership level, HEBĒ is designed to be used consistently as part of a long-term wellness and recovery routine.
